Jim spent 16 years in the hospitality business where service was first and foremost. However, when he found out his wife was pregnant with their first child he decided to make a total career change. The hotel business is 24/7 and Assistant General Manager is a very demanding position. In March of 2003 Jim joined DML Mortgage where he started originating Loans. In more than 6 years since his transition he has a very successful network of business through word of mouth, referrals and repeat business. My focus of business range from residential purchases and refinance, construction loans, Reverse mortgage, FHA/VA, Commercial and Mixed Use. He especially enjoys working with First Time Home Buyers, because he likes to teach them the mortgage process as they go so they feel more comfortable purchasing their dream home.
